Basic Orbital Sanding Techniques

• Start the tool ON and stop the tool OFF the work surface to avoid "swirl marks."
• Run the tool flat to work piece (no tipping on edge).
• Light operator hand pressure on the tool handle.
• North, South, East, West common sanding pattern for uniform finish quality — see diagram for indication.
