3M™ Hookit™ Abrasives

3M offers a complete line of traditional hook & loop style discs for areas where adhesive backed discs may become contaminated by dust, dirt or flying debris.

The advantages of Hookit™ systems:

• Hookit™ Attachment System allows for re-attachment of the disc between grade shifts or work pieces
• Hookit™ backing does not become contaminated by dust, dirt and debris for maximum utilization of abrasives

3M™ Hookit™ II Abrasives

In the Hookit™ II system the hooks are placed on the back of the disc, while the loops are placed on the backup pad.

• The film backing of the stems on the back of the disc provides for greater tear resistance and increased durability of the coated abrasive disc
